First thing first, you will need to go to CRM > Readers. Find the reader that you want to manage and click the Edit Form icon.
To add a subscription, click on the Create a Custom Subscription button.
You can manually set the start and end dates here - there’s no rule here, you can set the period as you like. Just make sure the start date is before the end date! Click Create to save the subscription.
Your reader now has a custom subscription!
To edit the start and end date of an existing custom subscription, you can click on the little pencil icon beside the custom subscription. To delete it, you can click on the delete icon.
Please note that you can only create or edit custom subscriptions. Stripe subscriptions will have to be managed through Stripe. Learn more about the difference here.
