To add an Opt-in Form on your Universal App homepage, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Branding > Appearance.

  2. On the appearance page, click on the + button to insert the form and click on Opt-in Form.

  3. Select the Opt-in Form you want to use from the list.

  4. When you’re done, click on Save Changes.

  5. Preview your Universal App to see the update from your reader’s perspective.
