We understand how frustrating it is when you have questions or concerns but no one to ask or talk to, so we try our best to provide our clients as much support as we can.

With MagLoft, you are able to do a live chat with us during our work hours on weekdays. We are based on Singapore timezone (GMT+8) which we realize might not be ideal for our clients on the other side of the world however we try to stay online as long as we can. 

To start a live chat with us, you can simply click on the blue dialog icon on the bottom right part of the website:

If you don’t see the online chat icon on your screen you may be blocking it from your ad-blocker. Consider allowing “Intercom” in your blocker so you can get live support from us.

If you prefer to talk to us via emails, you can directly send an email to us at support@magloft.com. We will get back to you within the next working day.

There are a lot of things I want to discuss with MagLoft / I want to ask for a demonstration of how your tools work / I don't want to have a discussion via chat or email, what can you do?

In that case, you are more than welcome to book a live call with us! We usually use Skype or Google Hangouts for live calls, as that allows us to share screens for training and demonstrations.

Our timezone might make the calendar availability may be a little tricky. Don't hesitate to let us know if you're having difficulty finding the available time and date that works for you.
