Interested in using MagLoft as your digital publishing solution but still unsure of how it works? Don't worry, we've got you covered! These are some of the questions that we received the most:

Let's start with the basics first, what does MagLoft do?
We help our clients (bloggers, publishers, digital agencies, and enterprises) turn their contents into digital publications that can be used as magazines, brochures, internal communication, events, and much more.

What does that mean?
It means that we help our clients by building their apps for them, and we submit those apps to the App Stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Amazon Store) when they're ready. We also create a cool HTML5 web app for you that works in desktop and mobile browsers.

Concerned if your app will look like hundreds of other apps out there? Fear not! We are using our “Master App Template”, which comes with a comprehensive set of features, and can be customized to cater for most digital publishing needs. So we can apply your own branding and design to make it unique.

What do I need to get started?
Two things, really. Your own content and developer accounts. See our article here for more explanation regarding this!

What kind of files can I upload to MagLoft?
At the moment we support uploads for PDF, EPUB, HPUB, FOLIO and ARTICLE files. We also have our own visual drag and drop editor (TypeLoft) that you can use if you want to create a responsive issue from scratch!

We have a more detailed article regarding PDF upload here and if you are curious about the difference between PDF and Responsive HTML from TypeLoft, then watch the video here.

Can my readers download my content for offline reading?
Yes! This is currently available for iOS and Android devices, and not yet available for contents on the Web App (we're working on it though!)

MagLoft seems great, but I'm not sure if it's the right fit
