How to set up your custom domain from GoDaddy for Universal App

Have a GoDaddy hosted domain? Here's how you can use it for Universal App.

First things first, log into the Universal App admin and follow instructions laid out in the video below:

Once you complete the steps in the video, sign in to your GoDaddy account. Click the account dropdown and select My Product.

Find the domain name you want to manage and click DNS.

Click “Add Record”. Then, fill in the fields according to the instructions generated by Universal App. Once you have ensured that all fields are filled correctly, click Add Record.

After all of these steps are done, go back to Universal App admin and verify the changes. According to GoDaddy, it says that sometimes the DNS configuration takes up to 48 hours.
