We always receive these questions from our users. Let us clarify to you what kinds of browser we support. Basically, we support most of modern browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Opera. 

You might be wondering why you still experience some problems using Firefox, Safari, or Opera. It happens because our portal is best used on Google Chrome. Google Chrome always has cutting edge features. It always implements new technology for the users and not to mention, its integrations to Calendar, Email, and the famous Youtube. 

Unfortunately, for now, we still don't support Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. The only reason stands between us and these browsers is we want to ensure that our users have the best experience and performance in our product. Therefore, we only support modern browsers that are able to help us to make that happen. As for now, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge are not able to support some new technologies that we have.
