To duplicate a Collection, you can go to Content > Collections.

Click on the duplicate button. This action will create a clone of the Collection of your choice.

This feature works for all types of collections: HTML (built using TypeLoft), PDF-only, and PDF Toggle View Collections

Things to note when duplicating a Collection:

  1. The name of the clone will be "Copy of (Collection Name)". You can easily rename this to the desired Collection name.

  2. The clone will not have a publishing date, so your readers won't suddenly see two of the same Collections.

  3. Articles within the Collection will be duplicated as well. However, they will not carry the name "Copy of (Article Name)." This saves you from having to rename all of the cloned articles individually.

  4. If you want to edit the cloned articles, it is suggested that you do it directly from the Collection by clicking on its TypeLoft editor. This way, you avoid the risk of mixing up the articles.

  5. To delete a cloned Collection along with its articles, make sure to select the option "Delete All Articles within This Collection." Otherwise, the cloned articles will remain.

And that's it! Duplicating your collections is that simple.
