Should you wish to cancel your account you can do this yourself in the Billing Section of the Universal App admin. If you have any challenges you can also contact our support team at support@magloft.com

How do I change my payment method?

You can change payment method through your Account > Billing page.

I am a MagLoft Classic Customer - Can I try UA?

Universal App is a separate digital publishing Solution by MagLoft.

If you are an existing customer and want to try this solution, simply start a free 14 day UA trial.

After the trial, you decide if you want to upgrade to either a Starter or Growth plan to continue using the Universal App solution.

Do existing MagLoft Classic clients get an Account Manager if they are on the Self-Service plan for Universal App?

If you are an existing client on a MagLoft Classic Plan you will maintain the same Account Management service for their new Universal App Solution, so you can upgrade to the Starter Plan and continue to receive Account Management support.

If you cancel your Mobile App plan and want to continue receiving Account Management support, you will then need to upgrade your Universal App to the Growth Plan.

I need more time to evaluate Universal App, can I get an extension?

Extensions for a Universal App trial can only be given by the Customer Success Team when certain criteria are met.
