We’re grouping anyone who might have had any interaction with your Universal App into two main groups, which are visitors and registered readers.
What’s the difference between these two main groups?
Visitors are anyone who has visited your Universal App at least once. They do not have to sign up or sign in to visit and be a visitor.
Registered readers are anyone who is registered to your Universal App. This group includes people who filled in the opt-in form and people who were registered manually through the Universal App CRM menu.
Registered readers are divided into two more groups, logged in readers and non-logged in readers. Logged in readers are registered readers who have logged in at least once, and non-logged in readers are registered readers who have never logged in at all.
We’re basing the reader limit on how many logged in readers that you have - both active and inactive - red blocks on the diagram below indicate the reader's limit you have in your Universal App subscription plan.
