If you want to cancel your Universal App subscription, first you need to log in to Universal App admin. Once you’re logged in, go to Account > Billing. From here, depending on your subscription, you can cancel your account. If your Billing menu looks like the screenshot below, you will need to contact support to cancel your account:
If your subscription is managed through Stripe, you will see the page below. Click Open Billing Portal Account to continue.
You will be taken to your billing portal. Find your subscription and click the Cancel plan button beside it.
And you’re done!
