Step-by-Step Guide

Accessing the Feature

Before using this feature, it is recommended to set up your Brand Brief first to ensure that all generated posts align with your brand's identity. Click here to learn more about creating a brand brief.

  1. Navigate to Your Article/Issue:

    • Log in to your MagLoft account.

    • Go to the Content > Articles/Issues tab and select the article or issue you wish to create a social media post from.

  2. Generate Social Post:

    • Once you have selected your article or issue, look for the "Generate Social Post" option.

    • Click on it to start the process.

  3. Choose Your Social Media Platform:

    • A menu will appear, allowing you to select the social media platform for which you want to generate a post. Options include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

    • Select the desired platform.

    • Wait for the post to be generated. Please note that it can take up to a few minutes to generate the social media post depending on the article/issue length.

Managing Generated Posts

  1. Accessing Generated Posts:

    • All generated social media posts can be found under the "Tools > Social Post" menu in your MagLoft dashboard.

    • Here, you can review, edit, and manage your posts before publishing them on your chosen platforms.

Brand Consistency

  • Following Your Brand Brief:

    • The posts generated will automatically align with the brand brief you have created. This ensures that all your social media content is consistent with your brand's voice, tone, and visual identity.

    • To review or update your brand brief, navigate to "Branding > Brand Brief" in your dashboard.

Tips for Effective Use

  • Review Your Brand Brief:

    • Before generating posts, ensure your brand brief is up-to-date to maintain consistency across all platforms.

  • Monitor Token Usage:

    • Keep track of your token balance to avoid interruptions in generating social media posts.

  • Customize Posts:

    • While the generated posts follow your brand brief, consider customizing them further to suit specific campaigns or messages.
