  2. Direct your mouse and click on the content.

  3. Type new text or delete, just like in a text editor.

Update The Text Format

  1. Click the text block on your PDF on the left-hand side (if you haven't already).

  2. Click the text block in the FlexPDF editor to see the format options on the top left of the blue bar.

    1. P stands for a paragraph or regular text.

    2. H stands for heading.
Choose heading options from 1 to 5. It will affect the text size and the structure of your HTML document.

  3. Click one of the options to apply the text format.

Merge Text Blocks

  1. Click the text block on your PDF on the left-hand side if you haven't already.

  2. Click the text block in the FlexPDF editor to see the three dots button on the top right of its blue bar.

  3. Click it to merge the text up or down.
โ€‹Note: You can only perform this on the adjacent text block.

  4. After merging blocks, you can split them up by pressing Command + Enter on Mac or Control + Enter on Windows.

Note: The text format will follow the bottom block. For instance, if the top block uses Heading 1 and the bottom one uses Paragraph. When the top block merges down, the text format will be Paragraph.

Update The Image Settings

  1. Click the image block on your PDF on the left-hand side if you haven't already.

  2. Click the image block in the FlexPDF editor so you can see the settings below.

    2. Spacing will add some paddings to the image.

  3. Click one of the options to apply the settings.

Set Up Parallax Effect to The Image Block

If you are not familiar with the "parallax" effect, it's when the background (this is an image) moves slower compared to the foreground (the text block) when scrolling. This gives a smooth scrolling effect that looks pretty cool.

  1. Click the image block on your PDF on the left-hand side if you haven't already.

  2. Click the image block in the FlexPDF editor to see the Parallax button.

  3. Click it to apply the effect.

Reset The Changes Made in The Text Block

  1. Click the text block on your PDF on the left-hand side if you haven't already.

  2. If you made some changes to the text (i.e. add more text, delete some characters, etc.) and then change your mind, you can reset it to its original state.

  3. Click the text block in the FlexPDF editor, and you can see the three dots button.

  4. Click on the Reset button.
