You can connect your Facebook or Meta pixel to Universal App to measure, optimize and build audiences for your advertising campaigns. The Facebook or Meta pixel is a piece of code you put on your website that allows you to measure the effectiveness of your advertising by understanding the actions people take on your website.
You can use the Facebook or Meta pixel to:
Make sure that your ads are shown to the right people. Find new customers or people who have visited a specific page or taken a desired action on your website.
Drive more sales. Set up automatic bidding to reach people more likely to take any action you care about, such as making a purchase.
Measure the results of your ads. Better understand the impact of your ads by measuring what happens when people see them.
Find The Facebook or Meta Pixel ID
First, let's set up a Facebook or Meta pixel to retrieve the Pixel ID if you haven't already.
Go to Events Manager.
On the Overview page, you can see your Pixel list in the right column.
Click the Pixel, and go to Settings.
Copy the Pixel ID.
Connect Facebook or Meta pixel to Universal App
Log in to your Universal App admin.
Please go to Settings > Tracking in your left-hand section.
Paste the ID to the Facebook Pixel ID field.
