If you want to export your readers list from Universal App, all you have to do is follow these simple steps.
Head to CRM > Readers, scroll down a little bit to the bottom of your readers list. You will find a button – see screenshot below:
Click on the Download CSV button, and it will download a CSV file containing a list of your readers.
Here are your reader details that you can export:
Reader email
Reader first last name
Whether they’re subscribed to newsletter or not
If they have a subscription, subscription start and end dates (for both custom and Stripe subscriptions)
Mobile number
If you see that a field is empty - for example you don’t see Reader A’s mobile number, that means you don’t have that detail on your CRM. If you don’t see start and end dates, that means that particular reader does not have a subscription.
